What assembly technologies do you support?
We support: Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Through-Hole Technology (THT), Mixed-technology assemblies, Single-sided and double-sided assemblies
What is your typical lead time?
Lead times vary depending on material availability, board complexity, quantity, and testing requirements. Prototype orders are typically completed faster than production orders.
Can you work with customer-supplied components?
Yes. We support fully consigned, partially consigned, and turnkey manufacturing programs.
What information is needed for a quote?
To prepare an accurate quote, we typically request: Gerber, ODB++, or IPC-2581 files, Bill of Materials (BOM), Assembly drawings ,Quantity requirements, Revision level, Special requirements or testing needs
Do you offer turnkey PCB assembly?
Yes. Our turnkey services can include PCB fabrication, component procurement, assembly, inspection, testing, and final packaging.
What types of PCBs can you assemble?
We assemble a wide range of PCB types, including: Rigid, Flexible, Rigid-flex, Multilayer, High-density interconnect (HDI), Metal-core PCBs
How do you ensure product quality?
Yes. Our engineering team can review your design and provide feedback on manufacturability, assembly, and potential cost-saving opportunities before production begins.
Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?
Yes. We understand the importance of protecting your intellectual property and confidential information. We are happy to review and sign mutual or customer-provided NDAs before discussing your project.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum order quantity but a minimum lot charge may apply.
Can you support expedited or quick-turn builds?
Yes. Expedited manufacturing may be available depending on your project's complexity, material availability, and current production capacity. Contact us to discuss your timeline and requirements.
What stencil options are available?
We can provide laser-cut solder paste stencils designed to match your PCB layout and assembly process. Stencil recommendations are based on your board design and manufacturing requirements.
Do you perform BGA assembly and X-ray inspection?
Yes. We support Ball Grid Array (BGA) assembly and offer X-ray inspection to verify solder joint quality and identify defects that cannot be detected through visual inspection.
How are moisture-sensitive components handled?
Moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs) are handled in accordance with applicable IPC guidelines. Components are stored, tracked, baked when required, and processed using appropriate handling procedures to help maintain product quality.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship products domestically and internationally using a variety of shipping carriers. Shipping methods and documentation can be tailored to meet your project requirements.
How are products packaged for shipment?
Products are packaged using industry-standard ESD-safe materials and protective packaging to help prevent damage during transit. Custom packaging and labeling options may also be available upon request.
Can you manufacture both RoHS-compliant and leaded assemblies?
Yes. We support both RoHS-compliant and leaded manufacturing processes based on your project specifications and regulatory requirements.
What certifications do you maintain?
Our quality management system and manufacturing processes comply with applicable industry standards and certifications. Please visit our Certifications page or contact us if you require information regarding specific certifications or compliance requirements for your project.
Do you provide First Article Inspection (FAI) reports?
Yes. First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation can be provided when requested or required by your project specifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and company checks. Payment terms may vary depending on customer status and project requirements.

Yes. Functional testing can be performed using customer-provided test procedures or custom-developed test solutions, depending on project requirements.
How do you ensure traceability?
Material and manufacturing traceability can be maintained throughout production in accordance with customer requirements and applicable quality standards.
Why do I need to design Break-away Rails (Break-away Tabs)?
Break-away rails (tooling rails) are temporary extensions added to a PCB panel to provide a stable surface for automated handling during the manufacturing and assembly process. They are typically attached using mouse bites (break-away tabs), which securely hold the rails or individual boards in place while allowing them to be easily removed after assembly. If required, our engineering team can recommend the appropriate panelization method during the DFM review.
